SharePoint’s web-first tools excel at presenting content. However, maintaining large sites with reusable content can be challenging. As the same material must be formatted on each page and an update runs the risk of leaving a page out of date.

JSP’s search-driven web parts allow content to appear across multiple pages with unique layouts, depending upon context. All from a single index, saving time and reducing maintenance for large intranets.

On one page, the content appears as cards with images at the top. In another location, it’s displayed as a list of icons and titles. Elsewhere, it’s presented as a link with a thumbnail, descriptive text, and publishing details—all from a single content entry.

This method streamlines updates for larger or more managed intranet sites by using SharePoint’s built-in features to create a common content index. When paired with our components, it reduces maintenance and simplifies high-quality content production, allowing admins and content owners to focus on crafting words, images, and metadata instead of page layout and web part adjustments.
